The obvious items a golfer in the rain needs are a good raincoat and hat. The best fabric is made of Gore-tex, but it Aint cheap. The coat alone could cost you hundreds, with the bucket hats not much cheaper (You think they would get an ugliness discount, but no). Weve seen coats going for as low as $129 that are up to the challenge, as well as some goats. Now, following is a list of a few other items you will need.

If youre going to get one, be sure it has vents on the top to keep it from inverting at the worst possible moment.
